ISEP membership gives you an opportunity to shape activities of the society by voting on important matters during meetings, serving on the executive committee, and electing its officials. Members have a significant discount on ISEP meetings registration fees and are eligible for travel awards. We can also help you with promoting your research online via this website and our social media accounts.

Join us on social media
ISEP Facebook group is a great place for everyone to share news and events from our field as well as to keep in touch with friends and members of the society and share photos and videos from the different events during the ISEP meetings.

You can also follow the ISEP Mastodon account or ISEP Bluesky account for all the new papers, popular science articles, reporting from ISEP meetings and more.

You can watch selected protistological talks, especially those from the ISEP seminars series, on the ISEP YouTube channel.

We use these platforms for sharing and promoting fresh research papers and preprints by our members under the hashtag #ISEPpapers. Did we miss your new paper? Are you not on social media, but want us to promote your research there? Submit your paper (or popular science article/press release about it, etc.) in the form on the right! It needs to be relatively recent, relevant to the field of evolutionary protistology, and at least one of the (co)authors needs to be an ISEP member. Any questions or suggestions? Contact ISEP Media Director.
